Each and every member of Imperial Strength is unique. We come from different backgrounds, different levels of experience, and have different motivations and goals in life, inside and outside of the gym. We celebrate this.  There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach in our classes, nor in our membership options.


Our experienced and friendly coaches will recommend, modify and adapt your membership plan as well as your daily class workout approach in order to meet your individual abilities and goals.


There is no prior experience necessary to sign up for your very first class. We’ll take the time to teach you the movements to ensure a safe and fun workout, amidst a supportive judgement-free community.

Imperial Monthly Membership

If you're a regular visitor and drop-in often, grab yourself a punch card.  Punch cards are good for 10 classes, 1 year from date of purchase. Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Young Athlete

Strength & Conditioning:

Winter Session

16 week Strength and Conditioning program for the young athlete aimed at improving explosive strength, speed, coordination and proprioception.  Each week will consist of two in gym workouts as well as one at home self guided accessory day. Fridays will focus on explosive strength, coordination and unilateral balance. Sundays will increase general strength through the use of compound lifts and a structured strength program. Imperial Strength aims to fill the piece that is missing from most young athletes' training regime which is guided structure and proper movement patterns with progressive overload.

Ages: 14-17

Starts December 4th, 2020 

Ends March 19th, 2020

Fridays: 4:30pm - at Imperial

Sundays: 8:00am - at Imperial
